HILTON GARDEN INN OMAHA EAST-C

The entire parking lot was tore up...had to walk a long way...1 week before we arrived my husband got an email saying some construction...the toilet paper was so thin and rough we had to buy our own...2 bottles water in room but for free for diamond members otherwise $3...i contacted them weeks in advance for a Celebration package no response...the only good part was the waitress in the cafe...she was so kind and amazing...the front desk zero friendliness and a half ass i am sorry ...we will never stay there again...they made No effort what so ever about our dissatisfaction with the whole stay...we were not the only ones complaining about the tore up parking lot.

Rooms matched the online photos. They were clean, comfortable and updated with plenty of storage. WiFi was working well. Needs work with soundproofing. I could hear everyone in the hallway. They have a small market for necessities and snacks. Breakfast has huge portion sizes and a great value for money. Parking is another area that could be improved. Recommend for all types of travelers.

We enjoyed our recent stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property is connected to the casino, so that made it very convenient. The hotel also has a restaurant inside, which was nice for dinner. Our room was large and quite comfortable. The wifi worked well, which is important for my job. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and are very likely to return.
