Fire there 3/21/19. Hotel NEVER informed us & ignored messages. Filed complaint, told guests to be relocated. All Follow up attempts ignored. No reply from RLH Corp. Trip had to be cancelled. Trying to get a response from them has been a nightmare. Can't believe this is how they do business. Americas Best Value Inn is a franchise of Red Lion Hotel. Made reservation 3 months in advance and only accidentally found out about the fire. Know that is unforeseen, but unbelievable they didn't notify upcoming guests that their facility is Closed!

I have several bed bug bites on my back, hands and buttocks. My kids only have a couple. Fortunately the majority are with me. If my kids had them to to the extent that I do, I would be irate. Very disappointing.

This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. While the room was clean the hotel itself is dirty and run down. The elevator doors had dirty fingerprints all over and the vending machines didn’t work.
