DAYS INN SCOTTSBLUFF

Horrible, Mas de media hora en la recepcion y nadie atiende. Llamas a un telefono que dejan ahi y no lo contestan. En 3 dias NUNCA nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. La alberca no funciona y el wifi no funciona. No se hospeden ahí. Por unos cuantos dolares hay mejores opciones. Horrible, Old an smelly. More than half an hour at the reception and no one attends. You call a phone that they leave there and they don't answer it. In 3 days they NEVER did the cleaning of the room. The pool does not work and the wifi does not work. Don't stay there. For a few dollars there are better options.

Old outdated motel. There was a TV in the room but it wasn’t hooked up. Post states they have free breakfast but they don’t even serve coffee. No coffee in the room either. Room could have been cleaner. Soiled carpet leading into my room Not worth staying here

I know it sounds trivial to start with this, but the sheets were clean and crisp and white and comfortable and lovely to slide into. That's what I'm looking for after a hot Nebraska day in July. Continental breakfast was as expected, hot drinks, fruit, yogurt, muffin. Nothing spectacular, but tasty and a good start to the day. Beyond that, customer service was above and beyond. We had had a reservation at another hotel that had fallen through, so at 9PM we showed up at America's best to a hesitant but welcoming young lady who was helpful but new. We paid for three days, but my travel partners decided not to stay all three days. The next day Messina was at the desk. The hotel has a no refund policy, so I don't know what paperwork Messina did, but somehow I got a refund for the two days we didn't stay. Thank you for that. You could have just written us off and forgotten us. The rooms are simple, my King Size bed was luxurious, the television worked, I think it's a great place for a short stay.
