In mid-August, the room was clean and all the slot machines were turned on. They did not charge a resort fee or parking fee, which left the final bill for one night at $66 after the security deposit came off. Of course, the location is a bit inconvenient if you are looking to enjoy the actual Las Vegas, which is still a 40 minute drive northeast from Primm. However, Primm does work well as a place to stop by for one night on the way to Las Vegas, or as a place to stop on the way back for one night, in case you want to get ahead and start the drive back to Los Angeles from a closer location than Vegas.
For coffee in the morning, there is a McDonald's on the parking lot, and a Starbucks across the street with a gas station mini mart.
Walking through the room hallway felt empty, but again, the room was clean and Terrible's is working to make this place better (hopefully). When a casino resort within range of Las Vegas only charges $66 for the room, it is hard to ask for more than a clean room with WiFi. I'm not sure how long the no resort fee deal will last.
