Crestwood Suites Las Vegas Boulevard

We booked through booking.com for just one day near the airport. We chose this facility because it has a pool. We arrive at the facility and during check-in, we ask how to get to the pool and are informed that the pool is closed. At that point, I asked for a refund of the paid amount since we did not accept the fact that the pool was not available. The response was, "You must cancel 48 hours in advance." I told them that the problem was theirs for not having the pool available on those days, and in the end, they accepted the free refund. In the meantime, not once did they apologize for the inconvenience they caused us. We returned to our hotel asking if we could use the pool and if we had to pay anything for just the one-night reservation that we did not need since we had to leave 7 hours later. They did not charge us anything and let us go to a room to change into our swimsuits. The level of hospitality between the facility where I stayed for a week and this one in this review is two different things.

The people are friendly and helpful but the room was VERY dated. People live there permanently so not holidays

There are some very bad reviews on here but I am being honest about my experience, check in was quick and easy, staff very friendly and helpful, only people I saw hanging around at night were residents of the hotel smoking, there was a smell of cannabis in corridor but not in the room, the room is basic bed I found very comfortable and the kitchen is ok, the room was clean, we lost hot water one evening but back on next day, it's a budget hotel so get what you pay for I wasn't disappointed, didn't use the pool but it looked clean.
