And this Property is consistently clean, which is a reflection of the standard that Taiya sets, as well as the care given by hotel staff. • The front desk staff led by Germani is attentive and polite. And Germani brings a 5-Star Guest Experience skill-set. The housekeeping staff is cordial. The Maintenance staff is professional. And overall, as always - it starts with leadership.
