Dear Management of Four Queens, I am writing on behalf of a group of 14 guests who have been loyal customers of your property for over 30 years. We are deeply disappointed to report an incident that occurred during our recent visit, which significantly impacted our experience. Incident Summary During our stay, we witnessed a floor manager, identified as Bernie, engage with a guest in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. The manager was heard using profanity, referring to the guest inappropriately, and instructing the guest to leave following what appeared to be a routine question regarding the game. This interaction escalated unnecessarily and created a disruptive and uncomfortable environment for everyone present at the table, including members of our group. The situation was eventually addressed when another manager, Roberto, intervened and removed Bernie from the area. Roberto later returned to our group to apologize and acknowledged that we should not have been subjected to such behavior. We appreciated his professionalism and appropriate handling of the matter. Impact on Guests The incident had a negative impact on multiple guests, several of whom were visibly upset and chose to leave the area. As long-standing patrons, we were shocked to witness such conduct from a member of management, particularly in a setting where respectful guest service is expected. While the remainder of your staff—including dealers, servers, and security personnel—provided excellent and professional service, the actions of one manager significantly affected our overall experience and perception of the property. Closing Statement After more than three decades of loyalty to Four Queens, this experience has caused us to seriously reconsider future visits. We respectfully request that management review this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that all guests are treated with professionalism and respect at all times. Do not stay here. They say there was a pool. It's across the street which is fine at binion's but it was closed. They lied to me.

Place treated me badly, they charged me $150 to stay a couple hours over the check out time, because my flight left at 11 pm. The room stunk, the trough style sink hand gunk at the bottom of it and pubic hair in the drain. Yeah the South Tower is quieter and used to be better, but ownership decided, let's remodel the worst tower (North Tower) and I am telling I will pay the resort fee to not stay here, they wouldn't even put me in a handicap after I told them on the phone I did need one, at least the shower had a handle, but had to clean pubes up. And housekeeping expects a tip, here's a tip, clean the the rooms instead of worried about tips. I warn anyone here this place changed and for the worse. Before I forget, I needed help with my suitcases but mysteriously couldn't get help, and I rented a scooter to get around, and it was hard on me to walk and they wouldn't let the company come up and pick up the scooter, they made me take it downstairs and give it back. Seriously do not stay here, even the elevators looked like crap and you need pencilin shot if you grab the ledge or touch anything on the elevators for South Tower. This stay here made me hate this dump. Get the be MOB to run it.
