HAMPTON INN - SUITES LAS VEGAS

Treated rude and disrespectful. Hotel was less than 50% occupancy and when requesting a late check out to accommodate my schedule I was scolded and told not available. (Even though I have diamond status) Just a VERY unpleasant hotel. I would not recommend.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was especially joyful.

Some of the staff were very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms were clean. My last day being there I asked the staff at the front desk if I can put some ice packs in their freezer due to a medical incident I had. I passed out on the flight coming here and the ice packs were to keep my body temp from elevating while on flight going back. The front desk staff told me that they couldn’t help me bc the freezer was for employees only. It’s the simply things you can do to help a person especially when it’s serious. I will never stay here again.
