Overall, the hotel had everything we needed for a short stay after our flight was rescheduled. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee, croissants, granola bars, and other practical items available very early in the morning at check-out. Those small touches were very convenient for travelers. The hotel does offer an airport shuttle, but it seems to operate on a call-and-request basis rather than running continuously between the airport and the hotel. Since our flight situation had us arriving late, I had to call the front desk to make sure the shuttle would come, as it was almost 10 p.m. This can be challenging for international travelers who may not always have a valid U.S. phone number to make a local call. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was getting my invoice. I have requested it multiple times through the email associated with my reservation, without receiving a response. I have also called three times, and each time I was told that the invoice had been sent—apparently even five times—but I still have not received it. I checked my spam, junk, and promotions folders as well. The staff members I spoke with by phone were polite and helpful, so I believe there may simply be a technical issue with the hotel's system. I was given the email address daysinn5075@yahoo.com, but emails sent there are being returned as undeliverable. Please verify that email address and the invoice delivery process. For a short airport stay, the hotel was convenient and had the essentials, but the invoice/email issue definitely needs to be addressed.
