Let me start off by saying how disappointed I am in the fact that we booked through Expedia and only afterwards did we find out that we wouldn't get any room cleaning service the entire WEEK we were staying unless we wanted to PAY EXTRA! That is ridiculous 😒 we are stating a week. We should recieve a complementary refresh of towels and trash pickup mid-way through our stay. We aren't staying just a weekend so they are making money off us. The least they could do is offer a free service after 3 nights. Oh did I mention there is a no cancelation/no refund policy so they get you. It should be illegal!!! I won't EVER use this company again. It should be required to mention that before booking. We are stuck now for out trip Saturday with them or paying extra to get anything! NEVER AGAIN will I book with them or recommend them.

The room was rundown and dirty, one TV didn't work and management failed to repair it and then wouldn't return calls or text messages. You have plenty of better option to rent from in this complex, I highly recommend using the others who actually maintain their properties and offer good customer service. L$I only wants your $$$$!

Be aware of hidden fees! The total amount advertised is not what you will pay. They tacked on an extra $500 US for taxes and fees. Then when you get there you have to provide a $500 deposit and they charge $109 per day for other fees. When I found out what they charged me on my credit card it was too late to cancel because it was less than 1 week away. A very expensive 5 day stay without any maid service! Never again!
