Location (4/5): Since the hotel is not on the Strip, it could be inconvenient if you are planning to go there a lot. However, if you have no need to be on the Strip, the hotel's location is actually more convenient as you don't have to deal with the traffic there.
Room (5/5): Room and layout was excellent. The room was spacious and still seems newly remodeled (Fantasy Tower). Palms also removed the minibar in the fridge so you can now use it to store your own items again! Great sound insulation as I did not hear any other hotel guests.
Hotel (4/5): Hotel had many amenities as you would expect from a major Vegas hotel. The food court was a little small but had a decent selection of options. Parking is free as well but limited spaces for non-VIP guests.
Service and Cleanliness (5/5): The front desk was very nice and helpful whenever I had a question. And no complaints about the cleanliness.
