Manage Sam was absolutely rude , for someone to be a manager requires respect and patience, do not have , maybe taking classes in customer service will help, because I been very happy here until management change

Too many roaches and holes for them to come in to, ridiculous!!

I enjoy the part of town Sienna Suites is in. The property is great. It needs repairs often but a lot of people come and go in the apartments. The people at the front desk are often moody and rude sometimes. Phil at the front desk is excellent. Keep him and let him be the main people person. Scott
