I’m giving this 3 stars. Because the room is actually beautiful. The people who checked us in were amazing. All the people that we dealt with in hospitality services were good. But the house keeping never showed up, except for one time when we were gone all day, didn’t come back till later in the evening, and they tap tap tapped at our door wanting to clean our room. We left a tip out for them every day, which they’ll never see because they never came into our room. We had to beg for coffee. It kind of ruined the trip. I’m not saying I’ll never stay here again. But it’s going to be the last on the choices I make just on the housekeeping alone.

Had an AWESOME time staying at Silverton casino and hotel. Check-in was a breeze. Literally took less than 3 minutes to get checked in. Stayed in a recently renovated room. Room was very clean, smelled fresh. Bed was really comfortable. Atmosphere in the casino was energetic , yet not overly loud with a bunch of college kids running around. Plenty of places to eat or simply have a drink. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend Silverton to others.

It's clean, roomy, quiet, has a really nice pool and good restaurants not to mention a huge Bass Pro Shop in the same complex. Plenty of free parking and no resort fees. What's not to like.
