Stay here if you want to be ripped off and waste half your vacation fighting with the front desk. Mandalay Bay’s billing system is a pure scam designed to be intentionally non-transparent, adding random charges and hidden fees hoping guests won't notice.
When booking, they promise a $50 credit per room, which magically disappears once you check in. They claim it will be deducted if you bill food to the room, but even though I made sure to eat at their designated cafe, they completely ignored it and charged the full amount to my card anyway. The credit was nowhere to be found.
I literally wasted half a day today calling them SIX different times just to get their errors fixed, and I still don't trust that the final bill will be correct. They purposely complicate their billing to take your money. Absolute nightmare customer service and a total rip-off. Avoid at all costs.
