Absolutely disgusting behaviour from booking staff management. Extremely rude & dismissive. Stayed here a lot previously and will never again. You need all the business you can get being so far from the strip. Learn to treat your loyal customers well when they are in need of help.

Customer service was good , upon checking in Jessica helped us and she’s very accommodating, keep up the good work Jessica.

Vegas was beautiful but it was hot dry heat stayed at Hilton Polo Towers but you have to door dash out to get food or go food shopping and get groceries and cook in the room was like you were in your own house or apartment over all I had fun. The restaurant Tap was very nice they had great food and was made good if I ever go back to Vegas I will be eating at Tap restaurant
