Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time here.

A horrible experience. I was delayed due to a medical emergency and called them to let them know I would be arriving a day later. They said that their policy is to cancel the entire stay for a no show. I offered to pay for the first night if I could keep it for the remaining days. They refused. When I asked to speak with a manager, she refused. I called the company that booked the reservation and they got the same response. After I had booked another hotel, they called back and said that they would accept my original offer. Too late. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Be aware event goers! They charge $50 for event parking. Cops say they KNOW the road is closed after the event yet they still scam people $50 to be parked and TRAPPED in their lot to collect people's money. Don't use them for event parking!
