Location is great for being off the Strip, and connecting hotels via inside walkways are the positives of this hotel. Dining options are limited. Cons: Employees don’t appear to be happy working there. I recognized the vibe the moment I stepped into the hotel. I understand why. Overworked and not familiar with employee pay. At check-in, I didn’t receive the accommodations I booked. Promises were made to move me within two days. That didn’t occur. The room was less than satisfactory for the price paid. Coffee in the room is not FREE. The concierge team was able to accommodate me by waiving resort fees and providing food and beverage credits. At check-out, my folio F&B was calculated incorrectly. I disputed the charge through my credit card company to dispute the amount. Again, the concierge team came through with providing an updated folio with the correct amount.

The room was not well cared for. 3 issues: 1) The digital display by the bed was not working. Therefore, there was no way to turn on or off any of the lights from the bed. 2) The light above the shower was out leading to showering in dark area. 3) The body wash was empty for both days, even after I clearly demonstrated there was an issue the first night. I expected more at a high end hotel.

Stay away. No hot water in hotel for one complete morning. Suite rooms are dated. Unable to contact reception through room phone; For the high suite price, there are much better options in Vegas!
