Wyndham Grand Desert Resort

I would not recommend this place to anyone for this reason it has multiple owners and it’s run by . I made it sooner than my friend who made the reservation. It was 5 PM when I arrived they would not allow me to the room. It is now close to midnight, even though I paid for this room I can’t enter it since my friend has not arrived and the reservations under her name.It’s ridiculous for customer service lack of compassion. she even called the hotel and let them know that I am arriving sooner.

The property itself was fine. Parts were old and not perfect, but the room was nice. However, when I checked in, they sent me to the “vip” area where they asked if I could tour the presidential suite in the morning for no more than 30 minutes. When I get there, the presentation was a full 90 minutes. Another couple was saying they had been told the same thing as me about the time commitment. I dislike the dishonesty. Would not recommend.

Fantastic stay at the Club Wyndham Grand Desert! Accommodations were comfortable and very well suited to our family size (two-bedroom deluxe) and we appreciated being able to keep and/or prepare food within our condo when we didn't feel like going out. Kitchen very well-appointed. Concierge, Amber, was amazing, and very knowledgeable about the various shows available to see. Pool atmosphere was very relaxing, with a good selection of specialty drinks. Friendly staff overall. Cannot wait to return!
