Lisa Geist (Monarch Blackhawk casino) and Du Fen (Atlantis) in taking care of the entire trip details, with exceptional personable quality customer service. 2. Reuben and Claudia Bell desk managers for taking care of all my transport needs. Alex and Jonah for there safe professional, kind driving of where to go and what to do. In Reno and Tahoe. 3. Cece and Imala (VIP concierge lounge) for their kind, warm smiles, professional, personable hospitality, quality service and fun laughs. 4. Claudia and Manuel in placing me in a lovely spacious gorgeous room during stay. Thank you again, greatly appreciated and valued Andre.

Wen Anderson is the most amazing casino host ever. She goes out of her way to accommodate her guests/clients whether it is a change in schedule, needing a room, surprising them with a room upgrade they didn’t know about Thank you Wen. Atlantis is hands-down my favorite place to stay in Reno. Their spa has no comparison, but be sure to book in advance. Their table games are great, and the restaurants are diverse and absolutely wonderful. If you’re coming to Reno for a visit or live in town and are looking for a staycation, Atlantis is the place to go.

We always have a wonderful time. Very clean rooms. From the Bell desk, The front desk, The maids, personal on the gambling floor to the restaurants Everyone is so nice and very helpful. July 5th we were getting ready to leave and I met one of the nicest floor Managers named John Soares. He was so very sweet and asked me how my stay was and was there anything that could make it better. I told him everything was very Nice. Can't wait to come back again. Hopefully Labor Day weekend.
