My name is George Halter I'm a first time renter with Siegel Suites I wanted you to know what a amazing employee Kat from 7th street apartments in Reno is. Form the moment I walked in to the office she was welcoming personable and inviting to me with her professional attitude. Not only did she answer all my questions but she was so helpful and treated me the way a customer should be treated with respect. I have a dog I'm training to be a service dog to work with autistic kids I just started a new job at the Adaptive handicap ski school in Alpine Meadows Kat was so helpful in findingn just the right apartment to make our stay the best for me to train my dog Gracie to work with disadvantaged children. You have a winner in Kat!!! I just need to let you know what a great job she does and what a great representative she is for your company.

Miss them, really fun. Great staff, walkable location, gas station and food nearby. Amazing people, 11/10 entertainment with casinos. Just an amazing town, and kept my room spotless. Never been happier than here. Only one issue was with loud druggy neighbor, but other than that really amazing value. Really really miss, and really fight to keep your spot here..

Nice room but over-priced for area and local economy. $1400/month for a motel room. Only good thing was the air conditioning worked great. On the edge of a worn out neighborhood, homeless people walking everywhere. Moved in with a group of people and we were singled out and evicted within 3 weeks even though we had paid for 2 months for the 10 rooms we were given and no refunds. I was threatened with physical violence because I argued with the manager about my mail cuz he said he would return all mail to sender. We all believe they have a scam and divided the money amongst themselves. Was told they were out of parking permits and they towed my car the next day. All of us singled out for numerous pest control inspections but they never had bug spray. They just wanted to barge in and took pictures. Had one box on the floor I was unpacking and they said I had too much clutter. Gave me an eviction saying I was a nuisance so they could skirt around the eviction moratorium. I am a disabled veteran and have never been treated so badly as I have here. Saw the property owner too, just as horrible as the staff. The maids and handymen were polite though. Refused to give me a internet password and that is supposed to be included. Our little group has begun the process of a lawsuit. Need to upgrade their web page. There is no wal-mart near here. Recommend you stay anywhere but this chain anywhere in Reno-Sparks.
