Indian Head Resort

We arrived and went in their beautiful hot tub. After 15 min my Green LL Bean bathing suit bleached white. My daughter’s blue bathing suit bleached white. The manager Katie Pelletier refused to reimburse and stated too busy with other duties to speak with us. We have come for many years. Service used to be great. We will not be back!

The hotel itself is excellent with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the paddle boats, pool, hot tub, and sauna and the views of the mountains that each amenity came with. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was a cutest little thing and perfect for two people. My only complaint is that the shower water was almost like chlorinated and dried out my hair. We were looking to shower near the pool instead but the woman’s room didn’t have showers, but the men’s room did. What?!!!

My husband and I were married at Indian Head Resort this past weekend, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we booked until the final moments of our wedding weekend, every aspect exceeded our expectations. A huge part of that was Rebecca, the wedding coordinator. Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly responsive, patient, and organized. I had a lot of questions along the way, and she always took the time to answer them thoroughly and make sure we felt comfortable and informed. When a major storm threatened our tasting weekend, she helped us seamlessly reschedule our accommodations and tasting without any stress or complications. We also booked multiple houses and hotel rooms for our out-of-state family members, and Rebecca made coordinating all of those reservations effortless. When the wedding weekend arrived, it became clear that the exceptional service extends far beyond the coordinator. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping make our weekend special. The janitorial staff even assisted us with setup and went out of their way to offer my mother-in-law a cup of coffee while she worked on decorations. Small acts of kindness like that did not go unnoticed. Rebecca was also incredibly accommodating, making rooms available earlier and later whenever scheduling allowed, which relieved so much pressure during setup and cleanup. On the wedding day itself, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She worked seamlessly with our wedding party, family members, vendors, and staff to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule. Her calm presence and attention to detail allowed us to simply enjoy the day. And then there is the resort itself. The setting is absolutely beautiful, providing a stunning backdrop for a wedding weekend in the White Mountains. The food was outstanding, the accommodations were comfortable, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. The greatest compliment we can give is that so many of our guests have already talked about returning. Family members are discussing future weekend getaways and even a family reunion next year. As for us, we fully intend to return to celebrate our first anniversary. Indian Head Resort will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we are incredibly grateful to Rebecca and the entire staff for helping make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect.
