The housekeeping service at this establishment is a joke. The cleanliness is non existent and the housekeeper stands around outside smoking with guests complaining they need money. Housekeeper K constantly hinting that tips are veeeery much appreciated, makes a guest feel obligated to tip to get better service. And the constant flirting makes a married man like me very uncomfortable. When complimenting can use a name, so when unsatisfactory should also be free to use name. Freedom of expression

I can’t say enough about this location or the staff. Rick (operations manager), Tiffany (front desk), Brandy (housekeeping)… these three individuals have gone above and beyond to accommodate me in my transition to New Hampshire. In all of my travels, these three individuals make traveling pleasant.

Easy to find close to everything we needed. Check in was smooth and gentleman that assisted us at our late evening check in was professional while adding a little humor to our night. The fresh cookies were a bonus. Room was clean and comfortable.
