Highly recommend this B&B. Such a nice atmosphere. Wonderful home cooked breakfast options. Historic building

We had a wonderful stay at the Ballard House Inn. It's a great place to go for family reunions. The rooms are extremely clean and quite charming. Conveniently located within 10 minutes from Downtown Meredith. Samantha served tasty hot breakfasts to our party of 9 daily. The views from the porch are very nice with a cool breeze to keep you comfortable. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Beautiful old house. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly hosts. Nice breakfast. Hot and cold drinks and snacks available. Good location to visit lakes and mountains
