The $50 security deposit told to me by the clerk was actually a fee per person so a VERY deceptive practice to its customers. I would not recommend this hotel to friends due to their deceptive pricing Plus I showed up 90 minutes after check in time and was told I had to wait another 30 minutes to go to my room. Late check out was not offered despite them taking 2 hours past check in time to prepare my room

Ironing board dirty, iron didn’t work. Waited for a new iron for an hour which never came. No towels in the pool area. Bathroom vanity was broken. TV was dirty and disgusting. Staff was not personable, didn’t have any passion in hospitality. During checkout I heard many guests complaining about the cleanliness of their rooms. Will not be returning.

My family and I stayed for a quick getaway for the weekend. We enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear given the age of the hotel but it did not impact our stay. We had breakfast which was overpriced and subpar. I have been given a better breakfast for free at the Mariott around the corner. The pools were excellent and the whole experience was definitely geared toward children. We stayed on the third floor across from the elevator which was not the most pleasant place to stay because you had to constantly hear the ding of the elevators but general it quieted down after 11 pm until about 5:30 am. I would recommend checking on that when you book. The staff was friendly and courteous and happy to help however they could. Overall, it was a good experience. We would definitely stay again sometime.
