Vagrants wandering inside and out. Some living in vans in parking lot and pooping in the back lot. Not a family place.

This hotel is great !The staff and lady at the front desk is so welcoming .They let your fur babies stay for FREE! No other place lets that .Its Clean and no bugs .The best place on the White House pike .

Had a very pleasant stay. Maya was so sweet and accommodating. Convenient location. Was able to bring my puppy too!
