Radisson Reagan National Apt

The front desk staff, LaShawn, Ms. Pat, and Brittney, were wonderful and very accommodating. The first room I was assigned had an odor that suggested it had been closed for a while. I saw housekeeping in the hallway and told her of the smell, and she instructed me to tell the front desk. Upon speaking with LaShawn, she moved me to another room, 809. As soon as I opened the door, I was met with a smell that smelled like hot cat piss. I immediately closed the door and reported to the front desk. At that moment, Brittney, Front Desk Supervisor, got involved and personally checked the next room. The front desk staff was amazing.

Parking up front to check in is a bit of an issue. Cars were even parked in the shuttle place. We pulled up and over to the side, there was no other place to park...but the shuttle driver was rude about it. I was thinking ok jerk, we didn't park in your spot, go pick on them. Anyway...the front desk staff, Ashia, was great. David didn't check the date and they booked us the same day he made the reservation, but she got us checked in. They were out of soft drinks. I usually stop and pick some up. I like one in the evening and especially the morning as I don't drink coffee. Hampton next door was out too. Ashia had some Diet DP and shared with me. That was great and meant a lot. Customer Service from her above and beyond. She has no idea how important that was to me. The room was clean and comfy and Breakfast buffet was good. Shout out to Ashia who gets customer service above and beyond ~

The hotel was good, clean rooms, caring staff but what stood out to me the most was Bethlehem's care and nurturing hospitality. She was so welcoming and friendly really made me feel catered for, she made me excited to go to breakfast everyday!
