Passport Inn Motel

if you are ever in Atlantic city nj, do not stay at the passport motel, now the el rancho motel. the beds are not comfortable to sleep on and i would be comfortable sleeping on a wooden board. the room was dirty especially in the bathroom and looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly.

I stayed here with my daughters when I came from Florida to visit. Not a 5 star place by no means but clean and comfortable for the price. I only slept here was too busy during day to hang out in room. Staff nice too. Not the trump but no trump prices either.

Bedbugs in room 12, no heat in room 9, and NO customer service. The bathrooms and carpet were filthy! Sleep in your car instead if there is is no vacancy elsewhere!! We checked into the Passprt Inn on Friday evening, Jan. 17. Room 12 and it had bedbugs. They gave us another room for the night. The bathtub and carpet were filthy. The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom, and it was black with mold and dust. Saturday night the heat shut off, and the office was closed. We endured until around 7 on Sunday morning, when I pounded on the door and someone came from a back room in the office. He said he could do nothing until his manager came in at 8. When I discussed it with the manager, he would not give any money back, suddenly speaking in broken English (he spoke well enough the day before) and just shrugged. Don't stay in this hotel. The bedbugs,rudeness, and lack of heat is not worth it, even if there is no space in other hotels.
