This is a very bad casino, my 3rd time there with my cousin. Customer service is sucks crap tables always empty dealers have no respect. I always tell my cousin I will never enter this casino. I love harrahs very clean lots of respect tables always full. Great restaurants. Golden nugget is out of the question. I'm done with it I'll never recommend it to anyone. It's horrible

disappointing from start to finish I paid to upgrade to the new King room and it’s a small makeover (stall shower instead of the old tub) on the 14 year old rooms, the sheets had holes in them, the towels were shredded and had holes, there’s no netflix or web tv options. No one wants to pay$20 to rent a movie in 2026. The new USB and USB-c outlets bedside did not work at all, and the plate covering the bathroom outlet wasn’t even attached. you can tell they hastily rehabbed rooms risking safety over profits. The pool area was dirty and worn down, too much seagull poo on chairs and chaises. Horribly understaffed for food and beverage and yet there were 3 young men in the towel hut. I selected early checkin with valet included and then the first time we used valet they had no record of that; turns out that despite it appearing on my reservation email it was not in the folio. when we arrived the bellman gave us a ticket which we presented upon checkin. Front desk never gave our ticket to bellhop so after waiting 40 min we called down to the front and they said “your bags were already delivered,” which is the dumbest statement ever. why would we be calling if we had our bags? Eventually they arrived and they confirmed that front desk had neglected to provide them the ticket. And don’t bother using the “bellhop” button on the room phone, it connects you to a line no longer in service. Same with the automated system, ask for bellhop, there’s the same message. it’s wild.

This hotel is definitely in need of some renovations. We stayed on the 14th floor and everything looked like it was literally back in the 70s if you look in between the headboard and the bed you’ll see it’s full of dust. I wasn’t able to turn on the shower and had to call the plumber because every time I pulled it, it would come apart from the wall. He did come up promptly and show me how to work it. I asked for more bedding and pillows and I had to call twice and when they did drop it off they dropped it off at the wrong door. When checking in I expressed that I was unhappy that I bought my room on Tripadvisor but when I got here, I still had to pay $35 extra for a resort fee and then I also had to pay another $30 to be able to get two beds instead of only one because the description stated there was a rollaway bed available but when I got here, they said they do not have rollaway beds. I tried to South Park, but I realized that they do not allow luggage carts to be taken to the parking garage so if you need to use one, your only option is going to be to valet and that’s $15 and when you take your car out for the first time to go explore around the city you have to pay that before you will bring your car up. They do give you a receipt after you’ve paid that you can use at any of the other gambling hotels to park for free. Once I got to the room, I tried to plug all of my things in such as my fan and chargers and I realized they have no USB or any kind of charging ports when I called and asked if they had a block that I could use they said none of their rooms have any kind of USB or charging ports of any kind I told them also all of the plugs are very loose and they said that there was nothing they could do about it, but you are always welcome to go buy a block from their gift shop. This hotel also does not have a microwave anywhere on the property so don’t plan on bringing anything that you need to warm up. The beds were comfortable once I got all my extra bedding. I did visit the hot tub because by the time I got here the pool closes at 7 PM and it doesn’t open till 10 AM so if you’re staying one night, you better get here early to be able to utilize the full amenities and get the most out of your $35 resort fee. I went up and used the hot tubs and they were decent, but everything still did look outdated and they had their own music going quite loud, but it was OK until somebody came down and brought their speaker and started playing their choice of music just as loud as the hotels music. overall this is not the extremely good deal that I thought it was going to be as far as price I was able to make it work with what I had available to me and I did get a good nights rest, but I would not recommend this hotel. The staff also are not willing to accommodate for any issues you have if you go here it is what it is.
