Sunset Motel

Do Not Stay Here Rooms were filthy with blood and hair in the tub, vomit on the toilets, mold in the air conditioning unit, stains on the sheets and moldy food left in the refrigerator. Do not be fooled by the pictures that they post. The office called us repeatedly to see when we would be there to check in. We checked in at 6:30 and went to our rooms. After we seen the condition, we went back down to the office to complain, and they were closed for the night. We had to leave and get another hotel. These guys refused to refund our money.

As like most of the other reviewer's, the staff was nice and helpful, the room on the other hand, not the cleanest room, must have previously been a smoking room, full of bugs, and very hot. I'd suggest seeking comfort elsewhere if you are planning on staying in a New Jersey hotel for more than a night. Could use more shower towels, microwave and ice machine. The wifi is pretty quick and the room had cable TV so that was a plus

I needed a place to crash for the night because I was working 12 hour shifts and going home was too far especially for someone very tired. Nothing modern about this place. Your basically in the woods somewhere even though 202 is right there. The check in office reminds one of those B rated movies about a motel in the middle of nowhere. The rooms smell like strong tobacco. No hot water, but at least the bed was good enough to sleep on even though it felt as flat as you could get. The TV was old school but it worked just fine. Overall if you just want a bed to sleep in for the night regardless of most amenities, plus a strong smell of tobacco, then this your place. Otherwise move on to the next one.
