I go for the jacuzzi tub no lie cause the mattress is awful! Hard as a rock

Do not go here the room smell like mild dew and mold. When I walk in it look like a UFC fight took place here. I didn’t even sleep in the bed because of the upkeep. The walls have dents and dead bugs all by the AC

This has been the worst experience as far as booking a reservation. I booked through hotels.com and on the day I was set to check-in while on the road I receive an email that my reservation was cancelled. I immediately called and the rude person whoever he was told me I had 15 mins to get there or was going to be cancelled. I informed him I was in route it was 3 PM. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD TO CHECK INTO A HOTEL BY A SPECIFIC TIME. I don’t know who the man was that answered with the accent but he should be FIRED immediately!!!! They cancelled my reservation to probably run a quick 4 hour short stay. Very unprofessional and will never get a DIME of my money. Poor customer service but hey it’s a 2 star i should have know better but it was the only raggedy hotel left available in the area.
