Country Inn And Suites Newark Airport

Clean room, nice free buffet. Located close to the interstate. Beds could be a little more comfortable.

My daughter and I were cruising out of Bayonne NJ. I booked the stay and park package at The Hampton Inn and Suites. We left our vehicle in their secured lot and upon check in we booked a shuttle to the port. The shuttle was $35 RT. The Hotel was nice and we could walk to a restaurant for dinner. The front desk clerk was patient and helped us set everything up. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Waited over 1 hour for the shuttle when they are only 3 miles away from the airport. Called the hotel twice. Unacceptable customer service.
