Cristaly at the desk was so so lovely! So courteous and gracious with her time when I was asking for tips for what to get up to for the day definitely deserves a raise! Hotel was also super central which was great and all the staff were so helpful during the heat in giving us free water bottles whenever needed. Only docked a point for small things like water pressure for the shower but likely just due to it being an old building. Rooms were very tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable which was needed after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend

The location was good. It was convenient to tour the highlights of New York. The room was a little bit small by the way. And I could hear the noise from outside. But hotel staffs were very kind. Especially Prisulla! She was amazing, the best staff ever! Thank you!

I got in late and they were just very whatever. The staff was rude and curt. When I asked for anything they would keep talking to each other and I would have to ask twice for anything. I would avoid unless you’re super desperate. The rooms were sad and small and the bed sagged in the middle.
