The worst hotel and manager. Expedia and them are thieves. I booked this hotel and paid $1412 and within 45 minutes I emailed them and cancelled while they emailed back writing there was no penalty and charges! They are thieves. Mr Varez their manager denied my refund after a year of me waiting and having all in writing and expedia did nothing about it! They are still promoting co-thieves! I am a professional biz traveller and beg you to think twice as you will be promoting compliance with misconduct and approving of thieves!

This hotel is closed to the public. They are now housing migrants here and they are trying to keep it a secret. Recently exposed on YouTube. See ELY on YouTube for the video. If you are an American your tax dollars are paying to have migrants stay at this hotel for free while veterans sleep on the streets.

Great hotel! Eddie, the doorman was soo helpful! I highly recommend the hotel and Eddie! The accommodations at the hotel were superb! You should definitely consider The Bentley Hotel when visiting New York City!
