Comfort Inn Chelsea

it was exactly what it advertised---really small, basic rooms, walking distance to places you want to see. Affordable compared to some of the other hotels, it was clean, people were nice. The only down thing is the walls are thin and you can hear someone coughing in the next room and the elevators really small.

This hotel was a great find! Small, but more than adequate room that was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for all of our plans around Manhattan, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. We will definately be returning!

I have been here s several times over the years. It is in a prime location. It's just a couple of blocks from my work. When I have to work late I would rent a room for the night. This last experience was the worst the the shower spewed out water from all the pipes and the water never got hot! Now mind you I called the front desk they sent some guy up who didn't even speak English. He just took a video of the shower spewing cold water all over the place. It's not cheap to stay here for one night $280 and some change. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one it's the worst. The bathroom and rooms are so small and you can hear everything doors slamming in some other room and the people next to you in another room. Don't stay on the 8th floor no ice station had to go all the way to the lobby to get ice. Definitely don't stay in room 809. It was the worst!!! I don't recommend this place .
