Courtyard Marriott Midtown East

We had a great living experience in this hotel! Very quiet neighborhood and good quality of services. Special thanks to Carlos and Claudia! They are very kind people who had provided great support and advice during our visit. It will definitely be a right decision if you choose to stay in Residence Inn Manhattan/Midtown East, NYC.

Great location and rooms have 2 queen beds, which is hard to find in NYC. However, front desk staff are not friendly and the selection of books on display in the lounge area leans very right wing/conservative/religious ( Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Jerome Corsi, Billy Graham, etc). I’ve never seen this type of overt political statement in a large chain hotel. Seems like a weird thing to do in this polarized political climate.

Clean, efficient and basic. Very large rooms with good beds, decent pillows, desk and a mini fridge. Excellent price for the location and the quality of accommodation. Breakfast offering was pretty poor, but you are in Manhattan with lots of options. dedicated car service back to the airport was a very good deal. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't make this a romantic retreat, but for a quick business meeting in the area or a visit to MSK Rockefeller Outpatient Cancer Center you cannot beat it.
