Crowne Plaza Times Square

Great location! It’s easy to get to restaurants, bagel shops, and shows. The hotel feels safe and is just a short walk from everything. We were very happy with the room, amenities, and staff. The hotel bar was a great spot to relax in the afternoon, and the drink prices were actually lower than those at the surrounding tourist spots.

The hotel has a great location and security. It was recently completely renovated and the facilities turned out excellent.

On top of that, the room itself was a major disappointment: the bathtub was outdated and uncomfortable, the towels were old and torn, and the living room curtains barely opened. ​Furthermore, during booking, it was not clearly stated that 'breakfast' only consisted of coffee and a pastry at a restaurant. We asked to cancel it and receive a refund. While they gave us a $20 credit per person, they still charged us for the first day because I signed the receipt. However, we did not actually eat, and the waiter assured us he would credit us for that first day as well which ultimately never happened
