I had an excellent experience at DoubleTree Fort Lee thanks to [Angelica -front desk]. She was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Terrible room. The wall was not soundproof at all. All noises came in. The location is horrible. No access to public transportation. It is located right next to one of the congested highway in the nation. So overpriced. Never again.

This hotel has the nicest people ever! Smiles on the part of the staff were abundant, and the staff was so accommodating. I really enjoyed staying here! I slept well, and even though I brought my own pillow, I noticed the hotel's pillows were pretty nice.
