Holiday Inn Express Madison Square Garden

Where should I begin! Great location, easy to get to from Penn Station! greeted by an adorable young lady named Alanna! She took care of our needs at the hotel for 4 days of fun in the city. Jeremy(?) was wonderful too!!!! Good breakfast, clean room, free coffee, fresh ground coffee ALL DAY! Free wine happy hour, 4 to 5, which we missed most of the time because we were out and about! WILL GO BACK SOON!!! Can't believe all the years going into NYC for fun, and we just found this wonderful hotel!!!!!

Clean, safe conveniently located near Moynihan Train Hall/Penn Station, Broadway, nice restaurants. Not a five star experience but the staff here is very welcoming and helpful - rooms are nicely AC'd and clean.

The front desk people are so nice, especially Allanna! Hey management give her a raise! She is an asset to your company!
