Great location. Room was fairly spare, but had a nice view. No coffee in the room, but complimentary coffee in the lobby. Had no cream or milk, though, so had to go to the cafe bar downstairs to get it. Front desk staff not particularly friendly. I wish they'd open a rooftop terrace for the views. Restaurant was pretty. Cost less than many hotels in the area.

This hotel was a huge letdown from start to finish. The service is simply terrible, especially at check-in, where the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Unfortunately, the same attitude could be found throughout the entire property, including every restaurant we visited. No matter what we asked for, the answer always seemed to be “no.” It almost felt as if the staff were determined to make our stay as unpleasant as possible. After arriving exhausted from a long international flight, there was absolutely no effort made to welcome us. No flexibility, no consideration, and no sense of hospitality. The rooms are very average and clearly in need of refurbishment. The aluminum fixtures look old, the headboards are damaged, and some of the curtains are torn. The air conditioning barely works, making the room uncomfortable. There is no coffee machine and not even complimentary water in the room, which is surprising for a hotel of this standard. The restaurants are also disappointing: neither comfortable nor welcoming, with service that matches the poor experience elsewhere in the hotel. What disappointed us the most was the lack of hospitality. A beautiful property can never compensate for staff who make guests feel unwelcome. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and we would not recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience with this hotel. The staff is not friendly at all. I was charged without my authorization, and after more than 4 months, the refund is still “being processed.” Very disappointing. Avoid staying here also We paid for a specific room, but when we arrived, they gave us a completely different one because the hotel was fully booked. Their response was: “Tomorrow we’ll see what we can do, there’s nothing we can offer you right now.” The next day, they told us that was the only room they could give us and that we could either take it or look for another hotel.
