Night Hotel Times Square

I stayed at this establishment for business from 9/28/2022 to 9/30/2022. I paid for the stay; then my business paid the establishment, so that I could be reimbursed. I have called, been put on hold, and sent to voicemail on several occasions to resolve the matter and still have not been reimbursed. I will never stay again and will not encourage anyone to stay at this place. Highly frustrated and dissatisfied. Debra Joseph-McEwen

When I arrived for my October stay, I was told the hotel was shut down and no longer a hotel. I learned later that this had been the case for three weeks and I had not been contacted. I was sent over to the Manhattan at Times Square and only thanks to one of their incredible employees did I have a great stay in NYC. I was pulled in by Hotel 46 reviews but I would think twice before I would consider staying here. I am saying this to others as I would never consider staying here in the future.

Was booked to stay here very soon. This hotel was carefully chosen after being recommended and looked good on the pictures and reviews. I’ve now been told that due to unforeseen circumstances I’ve been transferred to Manhattan At Times Square which has terrible reviews for being dirty, unsafe and having rude staff.. I’ve been offered the option to cancel, but it’s too late to find anything if same quality at same price. A quick search reveals this has also happened to other people who have been very disappointed. Keep this in mind when booking. That you might be rebooked somewhere vastly inferior.
