Residence Inn New York Midtown East

Location is perfect! Close to subways and tourist attractions. From bellman to front desk, the staffs were polite and attentive to our needs. They do their work asap. Our room was spacious, clean and amenities were provided. Special mention to waiters Carlos and Claudia. They always welcomed us to the breakfast area. Kept every table clean and ready to use. I will always come back to this hotel!

A great apartment style suite. I went with my wife and our three teenagers. It was quiet with very little road noise. Comfortable beds, efficient use of space, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is fantastic. Claudia and Carlos on the breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Great location for a tourist trip, easy to walk to sites in midtown and close to the subway.

All was well but I especially appreciated the kindness and rapidity of two members of the breakfast staff - Claudia and Carlos. I hope to see them again on my next visit.
