The Hotel @ Times Square

We stayed at The Manhattan Times Square. Awful! 1. First room we were put in the air conditioner did not work. Maintenance said you will just have to open your window that opens about 1 in. 2. They finally moved us to another room on another floor. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Carpets look terribly dirty. Wallpaper was patched. They were painting the hallways on both floors we were on. 3. Basically no lobby and no bathroom in the lobby and no chairs. 4. Breakfast voucher was I item, 1 fruit and 1 drink. Nowhere to sit to eat it though! 5. Still very expensive!

excellent hotel, attention, breakfast, perfect location. you are close to everything and is very quiet. Breakfast is not varied but fine. You have free coffee or tea at the entrance to warm up. It has a terrace with good views.

Horrible service, parking is 4 blocks away, rude staff, rooms are tiny , loud and need to be updated badly. Elevators are VERYYYYY slow! pick a different hotel! Got charged a cleaning fee for leaving newspapers in the bathroom ...
