Excellent location if you want to be near Times Square, with a very helpful, friendly and professional hotel staff ( everyone was nice from the bellboy, housekeeping and front desk agents) .

Arrived before check in time. The concierge was so helpful to store our luggage and we went for lunch. Upon return she gave us a special room seeing that it was my husbands birthday. She also handed me two coupons for celebratory drinks at the bar. Cheers to Barbara Los for making our short stay very special. Thank you!
