Wyndham Garden Chinatown

Thanks to Sean and Shana and the entire Wyndham Garden Chinatown staff we had the most amazing wedding! Sean and Shana were incredibly communicative and helpful for the months in advance to the day of the wedding. The entire staff jumped in the day of to make wedding spectacular. They all fell like part of our family! The venue is stunning and it’s a true hidden gem! The location is perfect for people coming from the outer boroughs, New Jersey, or abroad. It’s in the heart of Chinatown, but it’s a few blocks from LES, SoHo, NoHo, and Little Italy. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and my family stayed in rooms with balconies…a nice surprise! Within Wyndham Garden you have at least 3 great bars and a great restaurant…you don’t even have to leave the building if you just want to relax. All in all it was a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend Wyndham Garden Chinatown and its stellar team.

Everything was terrible. The employees were very rude. We book this room 2 weeks ago and when we got here we Didn't get the room in time we waited for 2 HOURS. Only told us to wait and didn't do anything else if I come to New York again we would NOT choose this hotel.

Great stay overall. Clean, helpful, nice view from the room. Breakfast was a little bit dull, no variation. But at the same time I am thankful there was a breakfast to travel with low budget.
