Luxy Suites Harborside

Booked and paid IN FULL for our stay at Cesar Suites FIVE months in advance. Two days before our arrival we got an email cancelling our booking because they had 'overbooked' the hotel. We had no time to find alternative accommodation, and eventually found completely sub-standard lodgings,ruining our few precious days in NY. We then got an email saying they were having trouble with their banking system and could not refund our payment to the credit card we had supplied. Poor service, obviously they managed to get a higher price than we had paid for our advanced booking.
