Extended Stay America Philadelphia - Mt. Laurel

Book a 14 day stay for my Daughter whom was displaced after storm damaged to her house, Room looked clean and nice when we checked in on Monday. Wednesday my daughter, and wife woke up to several bed bug bites, bed bug was found in bed. They called front desk, and was told they have to relocate to new room and all items would need to be washed, major inconvenience, several items were burned in the industrial dryer. My family no longer comfortable staying for 14 days, we checked out after staying 5 days, The room had much dust behind the head board. I would not recommend this hotel for long stays.

The Staff at Extended Stay America 101 Diemer Drive Mount Laurel is Excellent! The management is extremely attentive. All of my needs have been met! I am a busy, hard-working travel nurse. I feel safe and cared for in every way. I recommend this Extended Stay to all!
