Worst hotel experience I've ever had. My family and I arrived at 1:00 AM with a confirmed reservation email, only to be told that our reservation had been canceled because my credit card was allegedly declined. No one contacted me beforehand. When I asked the front desk agent for help finding another hotel, he was rude, showed no concern, and refused to assist. Being stranded in the middle of the night with my wife and children was completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Holidays in this hotel left only positive impressions! Very friendly and attentive staff, always available to help and answer any questions. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable, and cleaning was done regularly. Particularly liked the location of the hotel - convenient to reach all the main places. Breakfasts are delicious and varied, the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Felt like home. Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service and care! We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.

The Aiden Hotel is kind of hidden away on a one-way street behind a huge parking lot. There is no sign at the entrance indicating where it is exactly, and GPS will send you to the parking lot that obscures the building in the background. So I suggest calling the front desk to get the address you'll need to find it. Furthermore, there is no microwave in the room, and you pay for breakfast at a little coffee shop downstairs. There is also no laundry for those staying a few days. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is nothing to write home about, but it does have a nice ambience with music. The room was clean & that was a saving grace, as was the staff.
