Hotel Sierra Parsippany - A Hyatt Hotel

We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt House Parsippany East, and we would especially like to recognize Bhumi at the front desk for her outstanding service. Bhumi was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to carefully ask about our family’s needs and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Her warm attitude and genuine care made us feel very welcome. Our whole family really liked Bhumi and appreciated how thoughtful and patient she was with us. She truly made our stay more enjoyable. Employees like Bhumi are a great asset to Hyatt, and we hope the hotel management will recognize her excellent service. Thank you, Bhumi, for making our family feel so welcome!

Awesome experience! Staff are friendly and really nice. everything was just right, the rooms were perfect, beds were comfortable, kitchen was useful, pool area was just right, plus there's place to sit and enjoy outdoors

To call this a Hyatt is a disgrace! I am a Hyatt member and have been to a ton of Hyatt's. Walked in the room it smelled like mildew. Extremely outdated furniture and carpet. Kitchen disgusting, the blinds had stains on them. The bed stinks and not to mention ROACHES!!!!!! I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! I am calling Hyatt to report them because the Hyatt name should not be on this hotel!! I would have rather slept in my car! It was a crime that I had to pay to sleep here! I’m asking Hyatt for a refund!
