HOMEWOOD SUITES JACKSON

This was one of the best hotel breakfast offerings but the rest of the hotel was so dirty I was afraid to eat in it. I had a one night stay for one person. The room came with on towel no washcloth and no hand soap. The amenities were like staying in a hostel. The bath tub was rusted, paint spray was on the floor and the closet door was off the track.

I hate when you go in a hotel and the reception area is nice, but when you get off the elevator, it looks like crap. as soon as you turn the corner the weed smoke hits you in the face. The hotel is disgusting and not well kept. I will never stay there again.

First off, I just want to state that our stay started off so well but after a few days I’ve had to make quite a few complaints. For starters we’ve had not 1 but 2 adults sit here and open multiple containers of alcohol in front of a bunch of children at the pool! Second of all the people above us continue to stomp and do all this other stuff, it wakes up the smaller kids in our room at the crack of dawn which is NOT fun nor is it appreciated. Last but not least this seems to be a big spot for loud teenagers and grown adults who like to act like children. As l’m typing this out you can hear the millions of people screaming and yelling downstairs (we’re on the 2nd floor) my dad has already said something multiple times and they won’t do anything about it. The man who works night shifts is also kinda rude! Has an attitude when you ask him for literally anything! As far as female staff, they are so friendly and polite. About the room itself : it’s nice but for some reason the carpet is ALWAYS soaked somewheres and l’m pretty sure it’s infested with fleas. They only give you 1 full size towel. The bathroom is so small to the point the door literally hooks itself on the toilet. The tub looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, rust and nasty brown spots all over. Not to mention how small these beds are. Pretty sure they’re a twin XL. My dorm bed is comfier than this.
