Economy Motel Inn & Suites

Gross! This place is dirty, smelly and probably has many more health violations that I don’t want to know about. We got a non smoking room but people have definitely smoked in there. The room had so many mosquitoes! Had to buy air freshener for the smell and bug spray for the mosquitoes. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is the location. But trust me take your money elsewhere!

I made a reservation months in advance for July 4th, and when I arrived with my family late at night, we were shocked to find out they had canceled our reservation without any reason and sold our apartment to someone else. The appearance of the property was already disappointing—run-down and completely different from the photos—but what really ruined everything was their complete lack of professionalism and respect. We were left with nowhere to go in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend, when everything nearby was fully booked. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply upsetting for my whole family. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service, misleading listings, and absolutely no accountability. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Booking.com and Expedia.com should remove this property from their platforms immediately to prevent other families from going through the same terrible situation.

We didn't even unpack our bags. Our room was FILTHY!!! When we went to check out and request a refund, we were told we couldn't get a refund (we would have to talk to the "manager" the next day) and they said since we booked through Priceline they wouldn't even give us a receipt. I am guessing that some of the positive reviews left on Google and Priceline might be fake because this place is Disgusting with a capital D. We are not perfectionists or people with extremely high expectations just normal people who wanted a little get away on our budget. Extremely disappointed.
